Our Story
Zul's Smash Burgers was born right here in Mineola — not in a food truck, not in a corporate kitchen, but at a spot on US-80 where folks actually stop. The idea was simple: take a ball of beef, press it hard onto a screaming-hot surface, and let the Maillard reaction do what it does best.
